The Pioneer Status (PS) and Investment Tax Allowance (ITA) incentives will expire end Dec 2016. To qualify and be entitled to the incentives even though the project will start after end Dec 2016 all applications are to be submitted to MIDA before 31 Dec 2016.
MAHO had submitted a request to The Treasury/MoF to extend the incentives beyond 2016 until 2020.
